I am pleased to announce the publication of my first novel, entitled, A Child’s Antidote to War: The Russian Invasion of Ukraine.
I chose the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, because the war was dominating the news at the time, and I sympathized with the Ukrainian people. Like many others, I admired Ukraine’s President’s determination to defend the small country against their behemoth neighbour, Russia.
In general, A Child’s Antidote to War is about a child prodigy’s utopian dreams for a dystopian world and her impossible mission: To bring an end to the war in Ukraine by staging an international event that pits the President of Ukraine against the President of Russia. I should note that the novel is not based on real people or events, other than the backdrop of war in the Ukraine.
